"I am compelled to share our recent experience with 17th Apartments, which has left us deeply disappointed and concerned. My friend, a resident of 17th Apartments, discovered a significant leakage in his apartment’s ceiling. Understanding the severity of such issues, we immediately reached out to the apartment management for assistance. Regrettably, the response we received was far from satisfactory. Despite approaching the situation with the utmost respect and patience, the interaction with the office staff was disheartening. The lack of professionalism and courtesy was evident, as we were met with rudeness and a dismissive attitude. It’s troubling to witness such a lack of empathy and customer service, especially in a situation that demands urgent attention for the safety and well-being of the residents. The maintenance issue itself is a cause for concern, indicating a potential oversight in the building’s upkeep and resident safety. However, the manner in which our concerns were handled has compounded our frustration. It’s disconcerting to see a lack of accountability and a reluctance to address legitimate resident grievances promptly and respectfully. As a resident (or friend of a resident) of 17th Apartments, it’s disheartening to report that my experience with the management and maintenance service has been thoroughly unsatisfactory. Effective communication and respect for residents are fundamental to creating a positive living environment. It is my hope that by sharing this experience, 17th Apartments will take meaningful steps to improve their customer service and address maintenance issues with the seriousness and urgency they deserve. To the management of 17th Apartments: your residents deserve better. I urge you to reconsider your approach to customer service and apartment maintenance. A positive change in these areas is essential for the well-being of your residents and the reputation of your establishment."

"We just shifted to seventeenth yesterday night with all day hustle with our stuffs and heavy lifting me and my wife was totally exhausted and we see next that the stove was totally disabled and no hot water ,no lights in the refrigerator nothing ,such an unprofessional act by seventeenth authorities"

"Lived here for 11 months, no complaints. Responsive management and any little issues or questions I had were taken care of quickly. Not the most active and exciting part of town, but nice and quiet most days, and central enough that you can drive anywhere in the city speedily. Nice having the campus right across the street — a great place to walk."
