"Kind of overpriced for not being updated. Appliances were old. Their plumbing is really bad. My bath tub would randomly fill up with water. Water was leaking where my kitchen light was. Had another leak coming from the master bedroom. The windows weren’t sealed properly allowing ants to come in and ice would form on the inside of the window every winter. They will never send a professional out to fix anything, so expect your maintenance issues to continue. The pool closed at 7pm which is way too early. And when you move out, they nickel and dime you as the other reviews state , to make sure you don’t get your deposit back. Also was informed by a staff member who used to work there that the lady in the office is racist, which makes sense because a lot of the black people were put in the very back of the complex."

"I stayed because I didn't feel like moving after a year but I moved my 2nd year. Old appliances, not worth the price they wanted to raise rent by 100+ dollars. I had an instances where maintenance was in my apartment without notice freaked me out all the lady in the office kept saying was "we reserve the right to go in to make repairs" she couldn't tell me why I wasn't notified. Other weird stuff with maintenance as well but I finally moved out my deposit was lost in the mail and they refuse to send a replacement, had the nerve to say send me your checking and routing info. "I have a friend who lives there and her two bedroom apt is very spacious with washer and dryer included. There are a lot of amenities to use. I gave them a three because the pricing has gotten very high. I wanted to move into a one bedroom so that I could help my elderly friend, but the rent is out of my price range now. There are several floor plans that a person or family could choose from. If you can afford the increased rent, this would be a nice place to reside in."

"I lived there for three years and every time I encountered the leasing office ladies they were extremely rude. Just asking simple questions seem to irritate them and inconvenience them. I had to change to a different lock because I found the maintenance crew playing with my things after try to fall asleep after getting off work in the morning. This is a terrible place to rent and I would rather have stayed in the super 8 down the road because it is kept in better condition than these apartments. Also they will find every which way to charge you extra money as I found out after trying to move out."

"Pool closes at 730 during the summer. If you are 1 minute late leaving they lock out your fob so you can't get back in the rest of the summer. BS, also lawn care leaves much to be desired, especially for the price of this place. Parking is an absolute nightmare, there are times you can't park anywhere near your apartment and have to park half a mile away. Upper level apartment has severe water damage in all the cabinets. And there is a spot in the kitchen I am pretty sure I will fall through one day. Currently have a brown recluse infestation so that's great."
