"This office has very poor customer service they don't return phone calls don't review documents properly and they aren't even aware of the details of the houses they try to rent out. I can agree with a lot of the other reviews this company including the office it's pretty sloppy with their work."

"TRULY, they are the worst slumlords ever. Avoid at all costs. I’d give a 0 star, if I could. They fixed zero things while occupying the residence. They left us without AC for three days in the dead of summer with two kids and two pets in the house. They charged an OUTRAGEOUS amount for little things a landlord is legally obligated to do between tenants: repaint, refuse to replace the carpets and blame the tenants when holes wear through after overstretching them, change lightbulbs, etc. They left us with a tattered privacy fence that the gate, literally, lifts off the hinges of, and the lock breaks off every few months because they refuse to do anything besides weld a bar in place. They don’t answer their phones and just close all maintenance requests without fulfilling them."

"This company unprofessional. Unfriendly. Their receptionist barely knows English. She doesn't understand anything you tell her. Money hungry company that don't care about people only the ALMIGHTY dollar. Tried to explain my situation to them and they just sat there."

"FAMILIES DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!  It took 5 separate flood incidents in which my basement walls were covered with mold, I've lost thousands of dollars of personal property because they were warped from moisture and covered in mold.  A bed which was completely rotted through because the floor was so soaked, an entertainment center, couch, multiple chairs which were antiques, 2 book cases all of which i very highly doubt I'll be reimbursed for.  All priemer property management did was tear up carpet fan till dry and walk away from..2 years later i had to get my neighbor involved also with flood damage to be heard.  They replaced just some of the drywall which got re soaked in another flooding  was peeling from the wall and more mold grew in it's place.  They backfilled 12 TONS OF DIRT throughout my backyard because the actual line where the yard came to the house wall was at least 1 foot or more in some places BELOW  where it needed to be.  My ac unit and back porch were LEVITATING over the ground which inches between the concrete and they ground itself. I became known as the annoying guy who kept calling..well if priemer property management WOULD DO ITS JOB i wouldn't NEED TO CALL so much.   The entire time my basement is essentially unlivable because of mold and the smell, which i would consider a health hazard. The taste of mold in the air is palpable.  So ive been paying rent for half of what i should be able to live in, most likely will be rebuked if i try and get compensation for my destroyed property and am still waiting for everything to be fixed, meanwhile i am definitely looking for somewhere else to love because this is utterly pathetic. I have pictures of the mold on the walls as proof to cover my side and only hope that ANYONE considering business with this company goes elsewhere unless you want horrible response time IF they even care enough to do anything at all until you continually contact them for months.   Funny enough i can't find anything on their site to allow pictures otherwise i would have posted them for everyone to see the AMAZINGLY POOR JOB this company does with people!"

"This was an absolute disaster of an experience. I used them to rent out my house for two years. It seemed like a good deal, but I wish I had paid someone else more. There was no communication. I found out my house was rented from my mother in law. I had appliances stolen, the place was trashed by tenants. I paid them extra to change out filters and look at the place but I guess they just ignored it. To their credit, they did eat some of the repairs but it was too little, too late. My experience was a complete disaster and one of the biggest regrets of my life."
