"Very nice homes from what I've seen. No playground for the kids after these years. Noticed that dryer has a long pipe & been told not been cleaned out as far as I know. This could be a fire hazard for families."

"I am going to say that I won’t recommend this place to anyone we moved here a year ago and we have had nothing but issues. From maintenance and management being lazy (specially Nicky) that’s the manager and she is a very cocky and rude person treats me like trash and for the price I am paying I shouldn’t have this issues. I’ve been hit with fees that they charge me due to just about anything. This place is a joke. If I could give a 0 star I would honestly. From what I understand little by little I am seeing more empty homes and that all reflects on management. To anyone that would like to move here please don’t."

"The townhomes that are 2 miles from the office. Are in a quiet area. Most of the neighbors seem nice and friendly. A few neighbors are loud and obnoxious. They play music too loud and the other has very loud vehicles. Aside from that, the neighborhood is really nice, especially if you have children. Lots of other kids around. Maintenance: they have one of the best maintenance guys I've ever dealt with. He is really friendly and respons to request very quickly. The only thing I will say is. I felt like when he came to fix the rubber on my fridge door. It was hinted at multiple times that I was the one who broke it. Because it was a "new" fridge. Although the fridge was new, it was clear that whoever they got that "new" fridge from knew the rubber was coming off and tried to glue it. As there was glue residue on it from day one of moving in. On move in day, the basement had ants. I bought ant bait and took care of that issue, I did make the office aware of that. The response was not understanding but more of "ok, why are you telling me this", kind of attitude. I think they should have dealt with the ant problem, as I am paying for pest control. Yes, Nikki, in the office, is very knowledgeable of the property and can be friendly and helpful. I feel like she is overworked and could use an assistant, which might help her to be more understanding and improve on thinking all residents are just breaking everything in the units on purpose. At least, that is how it comes across every time you do have a maintenance request. Overall. I think the homes are nice, still one of the best, fastest maintenance guys, and even though the office manager might benefit from a little help. She is still one of the best property managers I have met."

"Beautiful place to live but maintenance and management are lazy. Not one thing I asked to be fixed was fixed. Make sure you list every little defect in the home upon move in. If not they will make sure they charge you when you move out even if it was already their problem before move in. Roaming dogs, and random police incidents 2 times a week. Not worth the price. Great Neighbors though."
