"Hello,I have been living here for a year and a half now and I have had only positive experiences. Most recently I was having issues with my garbage disposal. Daniel came over and not only was extremely kind and respectful, but installed a new disposal quickly and quietly. Which was important as I work from home and was particularly busy."

"Do not live here. There was a major leak in my apartment from the unit upstairs, and I alerted the office of it when it was small. They said they fixed it, but a couple days later it rained into my apartment because they did not properly hook up the hose for the washer upstairs. Maintenance staff told me "9/10 times, mistakes like this are caused by us." Office staff is incompetent and blames everything on their corporate offices and says it is out of their hands when you bring up an issue. They never replaced the broken pool furniture even though the office staff told me they were. By the end of summer '23, there were only 3 layout chairs, and they had been there at least three summers (not sure if longer, I moved in '21). Maintenance requests go unanswered for over a month regularly. I could hear every step my upstairs neighbor made, not even stomping. They continue to raise the rent (went up over $110 my first year) yet quality is only getting worse. Live anywhere else in Wichita!!"

"This place is terrible! The staff is rude, slow to respond, and the manager can never be found! What happened to me here? A pipe burst over my apartment. I was out for two weeks while they fixed my apartment. When I moved back in, I got sick because they did not treat for mold after a flood?!?! It took another two weeks, again out of my apartment, for them to clean up all the mold. When I went to move back in, it was clear they did not tear out the areas of mold. They simply covered them up. And guess what? They wanted me to pay full rent for the entire time I was out! Appliances broke. No electricity at times. Maintenance did not come. Management did not respond. When I moved out, they sent me a bill for carpet replacement because they "smelled animals in the bedroom". The carpet was ragged when I moved in. I did not have animals in my apartment. They just wanted me to pay for general apartment upkeep. Oh, and let's not forget about the shady people wandering around in the parking lot at all hours! On top of all this, they raised my rent substantially without warning... just your lease is coming up, your new rent will be significantly higher. This place is a joke! The people who work there are a joke!"

"This is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. DO NOT RENT HERE...My heat has been out 4 days now. They keep making excuses. They brought me a little one room space heater, I guess they feel that is enough? I have a leak in my ceiling that has been there for 2 months now and has stained my wall and ceiling, I have told them about it twice a month since it began and given updated pictures. The indoor pool is so cold you can never swim in it unless it is summer. The hot tub vary rarely works. Most of the carports are falling down. The office staff is rude and could care less about the people of the complex."

"I missed one payment now, permanently, I have to pay by money order because it's policy. They said they could talk to corporate but they already know the answer. Literally, if you're looking at these apartments GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. The pool, hot tub, and gym is not worth the price. In our upgraded apartment they missed a hole under our sliding glass door. We noticed it immediately when we couldn't keep the place cool. After 4 requests and 8 months they finally checked it out. However due to the temp changes(summer-spring) and humidity the floors are probably ruined. Almost EVERY vehicle awning is rusting at the base, and where the pavement rises around the posts, rust seeps through the ground as a clear tell it was just to cover it up. 3 vehicle awnings have collapsed, two of them have been completely down for MORE THAN 7 months. The new posts rust away because they refuse to hire professionals. The complex IS NOT child safe. They hold the fences surrounding the pool up with 2x4s. The pool paint that they did last month, is already coming off the bottom of the pool. Hope nobody accidentally swallows chlorinated paint chips. (Children) The only thing this place has going for it is the community. The people here are actually really sweet. It's the parent company that owns this place, who neglects it. Previously I spoke ill on the management, and while I think they could be more proactive, I feel more and more that it's the lack of resources not incompetence. I recommend going elsewhere until the parent company figures out what to do with this place"
