"I would definitely not recommend moving here. The management is constantly changing and the owners refuse to fix anything. In the 3 years I lived there my apartment flooded 6 times, in which my personal property has been damaged and they refused to reimburse me. I’ve had countless issues with neighbors being unruly. The “gated apartment” is only gated half the time, the other half you can’t get out to go to work. Overall a 1 star is being generous. Definitely not worth it."

"Do not recommend. I moved out last year in june. I couldn’t wash dishes without it flooding the apartment downstairs, dish washer broke, toilet and tub would always be backed up, mold, not to mention that it’s not only infested with roaches but everything literally is. Roaches are outside everywhere like they pay rent, even in the wash room in the washer and dryers and the pool was always a brown nasty color. Trash everywhere and the manager treated tenants as if we were kids and not adults, he is rude as well and spreads your business around to other tenants. So unprofessional."

"The worst apartments I have ever lived in. They do not care about their residents. Whenever I put in a maintenance request it takes days if not weeks for them to even get back to me. When I moved in they had bedbugs and kept missing the date to come and spray. Bedbugs are gone but I’m still waiting for them to spray for the summer. Apparently it’s not their job to keep up with their apartments. It’s our job as tenants…They treat their residents like kids and not paying adults. Do. Not. Move. Here."

"To one and all that consider moving to Bradford Glen Apartment's DON'T!! It hasn't been the same since Cody Stout left. Manager there is a LIAR, looked me in my eye's & told me he would give me my deposit back if I cleaned it really good. Now the word around the BG is that people moving out don't get their deposit back it's true nobody gets their deposit back. Me & Shariff done a walk through, he said only thing wrong was the Blinds bedroom & living room, he said call on the 15th did that no answer, go over there he's not there. Go back on the 16th he give me a list of things that's wrong with the apartment, all LIE'S, I said we did the walk through together & you said the only thing wrong was the blind but within a few day you come up with all this. I cleaned that place like I was moving in instead of out because I took the LIARS word that he was giving me my deposit, if I knew he was LYING to me I would have left that place like it was. Yes I cleaned it & I don't care about what anybody has to say about it LIAR. So all my deposit was taken except $41.00 and I had to wait a week to get that. Everyone be mindful of people smiling in your face, because they are talking about you to someone else. Not that I didn't know that, because anytime you talking about tenants to us I know you talking about us to other people. They don't fix anything over there, they have Bedbugs & Roaches and will say you had them when you moved in that way they can try to make you pay for it. The MOLD in the apartments are so bad you have to sleep with a window partially open to keep from COUGHING. They are a bunch of Money Hungry people that don't care about anything but collecting rent. Warning ⚠ Warning... Whatever you do Don't Rent at Bradford Glen Apartment's it will be the WORST MISTAKE you will ever make. It's nothing like they Claim on their Facebook page all Lie's, sparkling pool yeah right, the pool is closed more than it's open. I'm surprised the Government hasn't pulled out yet, because it's that bad. You don't have to believe me go ahead move over there & see for yourself or talk to some of the Tenants that live there.You have been WARNED!!"

"When I 1st moved in 4 or 5 years ago they were great. Now I wouldnt let my dog live there. The ceiling when you walked in where the vent in would pour water. (117) Im sure theres mold. No matter if you clean your apt. when you move put you wont get your deposit at least I didnt. Your surrounded by drug addicts. One lady asked my 13 year old grandson if he any drugs for sale. They did nothing about it. I do not recommend this place especially if you have health problems. Mold city."
