"Recently moved to these apartments. So far it's been a great experience. The apartments are managed by Key Management. I've never dealt with this company before, but I see they fast to meet my expectations. Maintenance came to fix one request the 2nd day after I moved in. Also had exterminator spray once,& he'll return again this month. Very nice apartment with brand new paint,carpet, countertops,appliances. And a great park rite by."

"I love my apartment! It has the charm from the 1920's, when it was built, but it has been faithfully maintained and updated. Within walking distance to downtown but in an established neighborhood, surrounded by mansions! The floorplan is great with just enough room for everything you need. Neighbors are quiet and management is very responsive to requests. Best experience I have ever had with a rental management company. Thank you Stephanie Bull!"

"Apartment manager Mariah took me through the steps of applying through giving me a tour of the apartment and explaining and signing the lease agreement. She is very knowledgeable courteous and professional. It has been a breeze working with her as she is very responsive. Shannon the maintenance man who works on the building is awesome. He is on the ball and gets the job done perfectly and fast. A very friendly and nice guy. I would recommend Old English Court in Wichita, KS. The apartments are clean, well maintained and fairly spacious for a one bedroom. The layout is pretty darn good too. And, as mentioned above, the staff are responsive and easy to work with. They work hard to keep this histroic building looking great. COX seems to be the best bet for internet.The complex is prewired for them. In return, they offer the highest speeds for the best price. It took a couple of weeks to get things setup and going, however."
