"Loved my time living here. Andy and the whole maintenance team are all wonderful!! Great price for a great apartment. Super quiet area - other than the planes but you get used to them and tune them out. Maintenance was always quick to complete maintenance requests. Office (Andy) was always super nice, helpful, and considerate. I would definitely recommend these apartment. If I ever moved back to an apartment from a house, I would not hesitate moving back there. Also they are very well insulated. Bills are reasonable. Couldn’t have asked for better neighbors either!"

"I love this apartment and felt at home right away. The kitchen is nice and roomy, the living room has great natural light from the large windows, and the bedrooms have more than enough space. It was clean when I moved in, and is easy to keep that way. I wasn't sure what to expect when I saw the location on the map right next to the airbase, but once I actually got here I realized 90% of the time the airplanes just sound like thunder. (it's actually really nice!) My neighbors are great, and have never given me a reason to raise any complaints. There's a friendly maintenance staff that I see often, keeping the property not only functional but also clean. I can get into the major parts of the city in about 5 minutes, and still get to have a quiet and peaceful neighborhood around me when I'm home. I've already renewed my lease after my first one expired, I honestly hated the idea of trying to match this deal elsewhere."

"I lived there for about 18 months in apartment 504 on the 31st street side. LOVED IT! Very quiet. Clean. No hanging out. No loud music. i would come home from work at 3 a.m. sometimes, and never had to look over my shoulder while walking from the parking lot to my apartment. Secure, working person environment, and my neighbors were always friendly. Maintenance was always on point. Brandon and Andy are always friendly and welcoming, quick to listen to any concerns I had and got them resolved quickly. I loved the place. Would live there again in a heartbeat, and would recommend living there to my friends. I could keep writing about the Southfield Apartments, but I'll save some space for others!!!"

"The guy in the office was great! The new renovations are really nice! Very roomy for pricing. Next to military academy. Had an issue while there with a man walking outside naked and the office was polite in regards. My hope is that doesn’t happen again otherwise you should notify new tenants about a flasher."
