"I haven’t had hot water in WEEKS. (YET I STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR IT) Maintenance is aware. And they do not care. Maintenance is VERY unprofessional and will leave you unprofessional voicemails. Only lived here 5 months and had too many issues already. Landlords literally have no control over them either. Maintenance fixes your stuff whenever they feel like it, emergency or not. Not having hot water during the winter, ESPECIALLY when the temp hits the negatives, should be a crime. Especially when you pay for it!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone."

He just passed away and after paying the rent for the month ,so that my only other sibling on this planet could take of his affairs, He was locked out and informed by this company that they have never received the rent. "Almost all my Neighbors We're crackheads, you can hear the train every single time, the people in the office don't care at all, people have untrained dogs and they leave there dogs out side and there untrained dog will never stop barking. The roads have holes, alots of them. Peoples cats poop in plants. Had to fix issues myself because they didn't want to fix it or I had to wait 4or5 months. 0/5 STARS"

"My mother in law lives here and there's hundreds of stray cats here and multiple liters of stray feral kittens born every summer here very sad and no one will do anything about it. It's a collective agreement between most neighbors here that everyone just feeds all the cats who won't let you touch them. A couple here and there that used to be people's pets that want inside and want pets but it can get expensive to feed them all and you'll feel bad as they look in your windows when you don't have food for them. I've had to do all maintenance repairs myself for her plus her tub is molding on every seem and the window sill."
