"The management at this property is awesome. They are prompt at resolving any issues and proactive in ensuring a safe, clean and inviting property. April in the office is superb! I’m very appreciative of feeling comfortable and heard if I need to talk to them about anything. They care. The apartment is great. Spacious, clean and updated. Neighbors are great, as nonsense is not tolerated and issues are managed. The grounds are kept up nicely. Very pleased with my experience and highly recommend."

"This property is a complete turn around from previous management! The new manager oversees everything on a daily and socializes with tenants in such a genuine, heartfelt way. Everything is handled immediately and maintenance does a great job as well. Last year I was planning to move out due to poor maintenance and there was never anyone in the office but I just renewed my lease for another year and plan to stay as long as we have this manager here. My neighbors agree this is the best manager this place has had in years and we love our new parking lot and how picky she is about keeping the place clean. I just had family come visit me from Texas that hadn't been here since last summer and they were shocked and impressed by how nice the apartments look now"

"The manager april is great. She is super helpful and attentive to the needs of the property. She tries to help and makes the process of moving really easy. My unit was great and the maintainance guy worked his but off installing all new appliances the day we moved in and giving the final move in check while working on multiple a/c's. Super friendly staff team here and honestly the best post road property in wichita. Very hard to get into but that's because April keeps property full or preleased months in advance."
