"2/8/ 24 I have yet another flood( the main bathroom this time) on a holiday weekend. I had attempted to call their emergency maintenance. The line kept Hanging up at 3 am so we proceeded to try to clean it up ourselves. Most of the times ( again this happens frequently) it was from an upstairs neighbor overflowing their tub, it usually comes through the ceiling vent. We have been able to clean it with no problems, just inconvenience. The water has continued to spread through the closets , into the bedrooms, and into my living room/ dining are. I finally was able to get ahold of maintenance. He came out and told me that he doesn’t know where the water is coming from, it was probably the toilet that overflowed. He told me not to call back unless it is pooling. I ask for a wet dry vac. They don’t have one, however they did offer 1 fan for all 4 rooms and the hallway that are affected. We woke up to this so I have no idea where the water is coming from. It seems like a lot to have come from a toilet, and if it did then wouldn’t you want to clean it asap. Especially since it was not from my toilet I don’t want my kids and cats walking through it for 2 more days. Apparently not he said they will talk about options on Tuesday after their time off. I really wonder how they would feel if it was their home that was going through this. Also there is another post below about their apartment getting stitched in a drive by. There have been 2 shootings here since we have been here. One just in November. The apartment in front of me was shot up and the police had to check to make sure bullets hadn’t come through our walls too. They have just terminated the previous manager (again) and I am told corporate is supposed to come in and fix everything. I really have a hard time believing that since they can’t retain staff, and the same things I am describing have been happening for years. 1-4-24 I have actually emailed TAM residential and the marketing that says they would be interested in hearing more…….no one has responded. If you like roaches, paying for things that are advertised but not available or rarely available( the pool, gate, maintenance, cameras that work, and onsite security) and having them enter your residence anytime they want with no notice this is the place for you. It’s funny that all these reviews have had someone from marketing comment on each of these reviews but mine. It’s more than disappointing. I am still wondering when they are going to come deal with the issues from them flooding my apartment and taking 5 days to respond to my emergency calls! Glad they got the July 4th holiday and weekend off though, that’s more important than dealing with maintenance emergencies. We currently live here. Since living here they have given us roaches, ignore our urgent maintenance calls, have plumbing leaks, plumbing, and air conditioning problems that took a month to get fixed. Currently I have a flooded kitchen that they will not call me back about. For the last 2 days every time an apartment above us use their kitchen sink their sewage water backs up in our sink and onto the floor and carpet.after reading these other reviews they made good points too. There’s never parking available, especially wheelchair parking. People park where they want and there’s no enforcement.The last few months haven’t mowed the grass. There are people throwing their trash ( whole bags) off the second and third floors. Especially on weekends when no staff are here. They claim to have onsite security but don’t use it to figure out who is causing problems. The gate is a joke! Both front and back gate are left open all the time and there is a large whole in the fence where some hit it near the front. Last they do not contact you prior to coming over for maintenance. When it takes over a month to respond, you would think that they would call to let you know but they just show up, they knock , but let themselves in."

"I rented from this complex back in 2019. I stayed for THREE WEEKS. In that time span there was a drive by shooting which resulted in bullets going through my neighbors window. I was then physically assaulted by another resident and their company which resulted in me being hospitalized and needing surgery. After expressing my concerns to the management and asking if at the very least I could move to another building since the people who assaulted me knew where I lived, to which they apologized and said that if I don't feel safe at all there I could end my lease without any repercussions. Here it is 5 years later and not only are they still attempting to collect money from me but they've added that I was EVICTED for criminal reasons. I don't even have a criminal record let alone any evictions. I didn't even reside there long enough to be evicted. They claim that the drive by shooting was related to me however the letter that they distributed to the entire complex apologizing for the shooting stated that it was a result of an altercation that occurred on the other side of the complex and moved to the side I resided on as they were exiting out of the gate that was right next to my building. I have tried to contact management about it and the old management said that it was a clerical error and would be fixed. Yet I'm obviously making this review so obviously it hasn't been fixed. I believe this complex has had a few new management teams since then and every one I've spoken to acts as if there is nothing that can be done about it. Their clerical errors are affecting my credit score and my rental history which makes it very difficult to rent anywhere. At this point legal actions against the complex seems to be the only option for me thankfully all communications were written. I'd still stay far away from this complex. Any complex that changes management as often as inwood crossings does is a complex you DO NOT want to deal with. Go spend your money somewhere worth actually living."

"This a great place the office lady are beyond fabulous..and I appreciate it very much. How ever I already complain more then 5 times about my upstairs neighbors they're always making so much noise and running and jumping and also being so loud when they're having sex I present it a recording to the office and nothing that I know of have been done .I called the courtesy officer maybe mire the 4 time's as well and very upset my son it's know jumpy at night when he hears this noises I can't do it something most be done please I need this place and also a safe environment for my kids this is getting to hustle. And way out of hand. I need corporate office to interfere."
