"I was a walk in, but needing a place fast. Staff was kind, and very helpful they allowed me to see the model unit and showed me around the property. They even allowed me to choose from a couple different vacant units, so I could pick the perfect one for me."

"This place is a joke they lie about what they say and charge you for unnecessary stuff. They will complete a walk through with you and charge you for extra stuff they have untrained new people that walk your unit and will tell you one thing and be charge excessively. Whoever Sheila is in the office clearly can’t handle customer service she looses her temper at the drop of pen. Half these reviews are fake and they will lie and say they don’t have record of you living in the dwelling. LIARS"

"I want to say the manager prior was awful, that is why the 4 star she messed up a payment charged me late fees and when I spoke with her about it, she blew me off. Once I was able to track everything down I made a call to corporate. The lady that answered took the time to listen and understand my problem. Within a day I was credited the full amount plus all the late fees associated. They are under new management now, which is the same lady that helped me at their corporate office.I will say it’s starting to become quite, if things need repaired her and the maintenance guys get it done. She is firm but super fair, and actually makes it feel like someone cares and can understand. She walks the property and interacts with us. I can’t wait to see all the positive changes and I will be more than excited to sign a new lease."
