"I went to Parc at 21st looking for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Danielle the office manager assist me, she was very polite, knowledgeable and was an absolute joy. She was patient with me and answered all of my questions and addressed any and all concerns I had. The apartments were very clean and the facilities were very nice. I especially like the exercise room. Thank you Danielle for making my appointment hunting that I dreaded into a joy."

"I’ve lived here for just under a year, and had nothing but a positive experience with the manager Danielle Crosby. She is very attentive to detail and does not push off your concerns or questions like other apartment managers. Also the gym this complex has is top tier."

"This is the worst community that I have ever stayed in. Our fridge is not working from last 10 days but no one is responding to the maintenance request properly. They sent someone after few days to fix it, but they are not able to resolve the issue. They don't even do proper pest control. There are roaches in the back of the fridge. I would recommend everyone to stay away from this community."

"I have lived in this apartment complex for about 5 years. Since it was purchased by Greystar, they have made some fantastic quality of life updates. They've added a dog park, updated the inside of the apartments, and more! Management is amazing here. They are very receptive to feedback, extremely personable, and always helpful! Maintenance is very prompt (3 days max unless they need to order parts and they will keep you updated if that is the case)."

"I moved in a few months ago. So far we have tried our best to have a comfortable experience. Unfortunately, the apartment we got smelled strong like cigars and weed. We have tried to do everything we can to make the apartment not smell like that. It has taken us months but it’s finally airing out. I really do appreciate the maintenance crew, they are always helpful and have fixed every complain we’ve had so far. One of my favorite management members is Marcus, he always brings a positive energy when we see him and has been welcoming since we got there. He has helped us a lot! The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Love the environment here for sure. My partner and I are looking to staying a few more years hopefully we can relocate to a different unit because we truly do enjoy our stay at Parc 21st Rock."
