Please take my advice and spend the extra 100 dollars and get an apartment. Electrical shortages, gas smells in the winter. Not to mention no AC in the summer as well"

"Office staff maintenance and the owner are absolutely top notch. I have lived here most of the past 15 years on and off because I move frequently and they have worked with me when I got laid off, they let me pay my pet deposit in installments, any maintenance issue is fixed the same day or within 24 hours. Ethical and honest in all business dealings. They go above and beyond helping folks who live there because they know that that is the key to keeping good tenants which create an incredible family-friendly neighborhood. I have watched that place grow and leaps and bounds since I was a little girl and watched it go from being a scary place that everyone avoided to being a place where hard-working families can raise their kids with a sense of community pride and where kids still like to play outside and neighbors talk to each other and the community itself comes together as a whole. I have referred a couple of different families to oak lawn over the years and they still live there to this day. The owner is a Christian man who is humble and likes to stay out of the limelight that he practices what he preaches and that is the love of Christ which is what makes him and his staff demonstrate this through their actions and through their help and through their involvement and concern with their tenants. They work with you also if you've had evictions or felonies or any other issues because they don't feel that anyone should be without housing."

Mary is a gem, and she was so willing to work with us to get us in a good place. We love it. 10/10 would recommend if you are looking for some affordable and good quality."

They Screen tenants and have really made a difference in cleaning up the neighbor hood Great school district and Affordable living! Accepts your pets and has an extremely reasonable deposit for them. You have the amenities of Apartment living but with a home. Many programs to improve your home and in case your in need. Great place to start for a small family!"
