"Lived in this place for 1.5 years. In that time, there was a shootout in the courtyard in midday and in the parking lot in the middle of the night on a TUESDAY, a pack of kids pissing all over the buildings, multiple screaming fights at night, brawls in the hallways, domestic violence, a man operating a contractors work shop out of a basement apartment, weird people knocking on my door at 3am, people passed out in the laundry room, big rats, big cockroaches, garbage everywhere, aggressive dogs, hearing someone bust a massive nut when out in the courtyard, using the laundry room as a public bathroom, people living in the hallways at night, paper thin walls, a super loud gate alarm at the evergy building across the street, street races, pushy “security” team, smells like cat piss in most buildings, front office sends multiple threatening emails about not paying your rent even if you’ve paid on time, by every definition it’s a slum. The complex is ran by a local slumlord. Don’t rent from this place, it should be razed and turned into a park and the owner put on trial for crimes against humanity."

"PREDATORY & UNSAFE APARTMENTS - Even if you give proper notice, deep clean your apartment, and replace any damaged blinds, they will bill you for more than $700 after you move out claiming it was for 'touch up paint, trash out, drip pans, and vertical blinds'. Not only do sketchy people wander the hallways and knock on your doors at any hour of the day or night. There have been multiple shootings nearby recently. STAY AWAY, GO ELSEWHERE!"

"I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND anyone to rent here they are dirty , lazy workers, no customer service skills, they always got roaches and mice in some of their units, they don’t ever want to fix things they are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, they just put you wherever they please and expect you to deal with it. In the 6 months I have lived here from doing a 6month lease they have went through 3 different management and still don’t have the right management. So save your money and definitely rent somewhere else. I’m going to be leaving this place and I wish someone would have warned us before hand."
