The reviews about Roaches are true unfortunately dealt with them my entire time there and they are completely aware of a roach problem. "do NOT live here. they will scam you out of SO MUCH MONEY. let me put it this way, we moved from their 2 bed 1.5 bath into a 3 bed 2 bath home and paid LESS in “move in fees” they will hose you out of your deposit, they’ll charge you for a “cleaning fee” after you already scrubbed the place top to bottom. oh and when you try to leave? their wifi will conveniently be down so they can’t respond to emails confirming that you live there so you lose out on your dream house :)) and when you call to ask if the wifi’s fixed they’ll ignore you because they don’t want to deal with you anymore. they’ll also keep hiking up the rent for every year you stay. please live ANYWHERE else, like three other people moved out at the same time we did and if people aren’t renewing their leases that tells you a lot."
"No matter who you are, DO NOT LIVE HERE. Especially if you have a family. I will say I moved into these apartments without seeing them first. So if you doubt my review, at least make a visit before moving in. I picked these apartments thinking they’d be a little better off since they aren’t as cheap as they get in Wichita, but I was wrong. I know people living in cheaper ones that are happier than I am. Where to start. The communication with the office is HORRIBLE. They do not respond to maintenance requests, emails, and hardly pick up the phone. I have to leave a message for them to call back. It should not be this hard to communicate with management. There are no laundry services in the building. Everyone has to go to the main office building, and there are no where near enough washers and dryers to provide for the 200+ residents. It makes more sense to go to a laundromat. Security is advertised but there is no security. When you pull in, you think the apartments are gated, but they are not. The gate runs down Douglas and does NOT continue down N St Paul Street. Why have only half of a gate??? Who knows. Homeless people dumpster dive in the complex 2x a week. The insulation inside these apartments are awful. I hear my neighbor sneeze all day. I can smell the cigarettes and marijuana that my neighbors smoke (and even though it has been reported, they are not reprimanded in any way.) and when the temperature is below freezing I can feel the wind coming in through the sliding door. It is almost like there is nothing there to stop it. THE BUILDINGS ARE INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES. They say rent is one price but that does not include an additional $45 in water/pest/trash. If you request a garage there is no guarantee you get a garage that is even in front of your building. Last but not least the app they use for you to pay rent charges an additional $30 convenience fee even though there is NOTHING CONVENIENT ABOUT LIVING HERE. Do not make the same mistake I did."
