"I've been living here for about 3 yrs an I have to say that I was lies to from jump found out there was a fire in the building less then a month before I moved on not a yr my carpet looked like it had been burned in different spots they never fixed I stayed for 3 yrs an I the 3 yrs I've dealt with my ceiling falling in due to the whole on the roof so now there is water in the walls I'm sick all the time my electric bill every month was no less then $300 in a apartment. It don't take fve months to get a new dishwasher but it did me. Can't have company due to the god awful smells in the hall way cuz of the nasty ppl moving in them apartments an they only can pay for the first month then they can't pay an get to stay for free an cause more ppl don't care about this building an they don't care to fix anything and far as for our animals the dog park is nasty no grass an full of stickers an God know wjat other illness is on there or nasty i woah i would have never moved here cuz fjeu have needed places all facts"

"I have ppl that live above me and they dnt have any respect for their neighbors they stomp down the stairs all through the night and ain’t nothin being done about it. They also have a lot of traffic in and out of their apartment. The girl that lives up there is running through out the whole apartment and throwing stuff nd being hella loud and wakin me and my family up in the middle of the night. The other day they were so loud I couldn’t even hear my tv. I would take matters into my hands but I don’t want any problems. I’ve talked to the office about it and all management says is he will call and talk to them but nothing ever happens ."

"Pitiful, they evict for holding them accountable for doing what they should be doing. replace plumbing/electrical. I got a buddy that hasnt had a working stove, sink and refrigerator and pays his rent. They are currently evicting him. [[EDIT: They reply as if they havent already gave him the eviction notice. Also this review is for the people. Doing the right thing is over and done with.]]"

"This was a difficult place to move into when I 1st moved in. Under old management was complete hell and a headache. I believe Hector is now head of the new management and he has done wonders. We butted heads for a minute though we got everything resolved and he has helped me more than anybody that has worked here has. You put in work orders and he will get them filled out. I believe the way this place is going is up from here with Hector being head management."

"I wish 0/5 was available. Signed a lease here and saw the apartment was unliveable. Complete filthy and dangerous, was promised by management it would be fixed in a designated time and was continously pushed back on move in because of "repairs" and "cleaning" that obviously never was done. And upon breaking the lease management promised we'd be able to easily break and have refunded our money back, had to hire an attorney to send a notice for the refund to be given. Never even got to move in but dealt with this complex for at least 3 months."
