"Horrible horrible horrible wouldn’t rent from here!! We lived here 2yrs ago for a whole year and worse experience ever shootings almost every night I seen a guy get shot at 2pm in the afternoon right in front of my apartment!! Seen a guy tryin to break into my car my AC didn’t work for 5 months in the middle of summer they wouldn’t fix it I had no hot water for 3 months mold all in my apartment they wouldn’t take care of O and don’t forget the friendly roaches I had .the hallways smell like Dog poop and cigarette smoke!! And the office staff is lazy as hell!!!"
"If I could give 0 stars I would . Nasty . Ghetto . I could keep going . There is one person from maintenance that is awesome and I’m sure he knows who he is , everyone else that works here sucks and DOES NOT CARE about the residents . If you have the choice to live literally anywhere else please do it. They ignore mold in the apartments , hallway’s constantly are nasty and reek of cigarettes and just down right stank . Every single month we have a new leak that they do the bare minimum to deal with .Laundry rooms are not kept up with at all and are down right disgusting , if you can even get into them , most of the time the doors are broken or the locks aren’t working so make sure you don’t count on the laundry rooms here if you need clothes for work. Fixed a leak in our bathroom , but left the tape still showing I could write a book but I think y’all get the point . 1/21/24"
"Staff is hardly in the office. Take lunches from 11 to 2. They always try to pawn off what you have to say to someone else stating "I'm not the person for that." They load the reviews with their friends and family to up the ratings. "Security" regularly denies my calls. Multiple shootings since I have been at this location. They give no update on work orders so your work orders will be sitting for weeks open and then randomly be "completed". The community laundry hardly works and when it does there is powder and detergent all over the place. Also when there is mold they just paint over it. Service makes messes with wood and drywall and doesn't clean it up. I wouldn't recommend this apartment to anyone."
"If the landlord fails to fix the problem in the 14 days, your right to live in the unit expires at the 30 day mark. A tenant most commonly services a 14/30-day notice because of the landlord has failed or refused to fix a maintenance problem in the unit and that’s exactly what happened to me I went to court and they did not even show and I had proof of there negligence they waited tell the last day of the 14/30 to do anything then they still had to come back the following day to complete it so that in it’s self the failed the 14/30 and on top I had tile that kept falling off paint in the restroom that was lifting up like a peace of leather and they painted over it like it was nothing and for my tile they just tried to replace it with tile that was not even the same size of the other so it looks extremely geto and I had a huge crack that went half way from my sliding door u could see day light in my apt and all they did was slap some sorta cement putty not even self leveler like it should have been done because of that crack my apt would never get cold my ac was always on so my bill was always like 200 ish in electric for an apt wich is insane i understand u pay for what u get but I was a tenant for 3 years and always paid rent on time or early and every year they kept raising my rent and on top during thanksgiving my refrigerator keep going out due to a thermostat that needed replaced they proceeded to wait a week and my food goes bad so they said they fixed it then it does the same thing again so another 150$ down the drain said and done in week or 2 week span I had to toss out over 300 bux worth of food and could not even store any thanksgiving left overs when it came down to it I left and I won the Cort case and I’ve not seen my deposit and it’s been over a year when I get back form my vacation I’ll be going to the Cort houes and get the Cort order form them and I’ll have a sheriff with me when I come up there to get my deposit with the interested has a crude all because the management at the time had an issue with my wife’s family so that’s what made it hard for me to get my deposit back when I went in there to get it she said oh we don’t have to yea u do it’s been Cort ordered #update 2023 still no word they have used every attorney in the state of Kansas so even with the Cort order they still won’t give me my deposit back super interesting do not rent form this place it’s a headache form hell"
"Maintenance is poorly run. I have had a backed up bathroom for the last three days. I haven't been able to take a shower or use the restroom been having to got to quick trip to use the restroom. If there could be given zero starts I would."
