"We are thrilled with our new apartment at Uptown Landing. The second phase is brand new, so there are still a lot of things moving toward the total completion of the complex and it is so fun to watch as things are getting done. As any new build goes, there have been a few minor kinks in our unit but the staff and maintenance personnel are absolutely awesome and have been quick and efficient to take care of things as they arise! I love waking up everyday, coming home from work everyday, having friends over, and just enjoying our new space the kitchen and living area give us to live in. Oh, and we absolutely cannot wait to enjoy the beautiful outdoor spaces this upcoming spring and summer! We love Uptown Landing, it's the perfect place to call home!"

The staff works hard to answer any questions and are always accommodating. There’s a great community here and the location is simply perfect. Nice dine in restaurants around every corner. "Great location, calm and peaceful, respectful neighbors. Property management is very open to feedback and works hard to accommodate everyone’s needs! Construction seems to be moving slow, no where to walk your dog within the community currently, very difficult in inclement weather. Overall is good and I feel it’s going to be fantastic once complete."
