"It’s super close to campus, and the apartments are nice. Management is awful at communicating. I had my cats in kennels per request of management for 3 hours while waiting for pest control to show up, they never did so I texted management asking what’s going on and then they informed me that pest control rescheduled and they didn’t bother to mention it to residents. They also mentioned how they’re doing “vacancy” checks and I again mentioned how I have cats and they’re very skittish. They told me to put them in a kennel again, and when I asked for an approximate time so my cats wouldn’t be caged for a long time they just said “anytime between 9 AM - 5 PM.” I work all day and they expect me to keep my cats in a cage for 8 hours? Absolutely ridiculous and upsetting. Update: The general manager did reach out to me and apologized and the situation was resolved which I really appreciate. :)"

"The manager team and office people changes honestly month by month. The current staff (office) personnel are extremely rude and disappointingly unprofessional. They get every complaint personal and yell and shout. It was unbelievable what I saw in the office today. They only continue working because of the location (in front of the WSU). but believe me... if something happens you'll get offended by them only just for asking or complaining. Doesn't worth the price."

"Had a short term lease with this place while teaching at WSU. Nice facility and location. Easy 2-3 minute walk to most campus buildings. Gated Parking, New apartments and buildings. Comes with Great WiFi and all in one, brand new LG washer and dryer. Management was/is great. I had most of my dealings with Hanna, and I would definitely hire her to come work for me down in Texas. She was on point, responsive, and professional. JK"

"brand new at move in, all hard wood floors, Internet included, 4 minutes from my work... What more could I ask for for less than $ 1000/ month ( came from a $1500/month apartment). Also Hanna, Property manager was very nice and helpful."

"Applying and moving in was very smooth, staff are helpful with any questions. I love living here the apartments are clean and have new appliances. The rent is reasonable as there is a utility allowance included and apartments are very nice. Overall a good neighborhood and is close to campus."
