This is a pretty nice place to live given the location as well as the super polite staff. If you're moving from out of state into Wichita this is 100% a great spot. I have nothing but nice things to say having living here nearly 2 years."

Kim, Whitney, and Michael in the office are awesome. They are very warm, attentive, and professional. They respond super quickly to any requests or questions. Jim, the head of Maintenance, is also super friendly and very skilled. The apartment is beautiful, clean, classy and in a really lovely part of Wichita. In 10 minutes, I can walk to the river and be in nature, and I am in within walking distance to the juice bar and coffee shops. I didn't think I would stay in Wichita for very long, but ReNew is causing me to rethink this!"
