"Changed to new management and told residents 2 days before rent is due to change insurance information and hound you to update.... chill its been a few days give people time to figure stuff out. We have families and jobs. Maintenance has always slacked off here. They don't fix things when you put in a request. We moved in and didn't even get a screen door. We even asked for one and they never gave one. Expect to find a ton of spiders and other bugs if you live on ground floor. The amount of times I've had spider crawling on me is ridiculous. We have found black widows iving on the outside of our door and a black widow in our bed. Pest control doesn't do a good job they spray for 2 seconds and leave. Residents don't pick up their dog poop off the sidewalks. This place is NOT worth your money On top of all this expect your cars to be vandalized my windshield was smashed in only a few months after living here then soda was sprayed all over my car and chipped my paint. They don't have any cameras in the parking lots"

"Just went on a tour. :) (I'll update again when I've moved in and spent a few months.) The place looks really nice and the people I met were all lovely. There was a bit of a wait, but there's only so much the staff can do to take care of the current and prospective residents simultaneously. And whenever it was finally our turn, the tour was very informational and pleasant. :) I even got the chance to talk about apartment openings not yet listed to get exactly what I want! "

"Facility is maintained very well. If anything ever goes wrong, they are quick to get a work order filled out and have maintenance come and fix it. The ladies at the leasing office are always in a good mood and greet you with a smile every time. Plus, there’s always fresh coffee and refreshments at your convenience when you visit the office."
