"Not a resident (Yet lol) but went in last night right before they closed to get some info on these GORGEOUS apartments. Liz was absolutely so kind and knowledgeable. These apartments clearly are stellar because they have a pretty hefty waiting list, which is great for them, a bummer for me lol. But, I filled out the waitlist application last night, and immediately this morning Liz had already emailed me with more info and added me to the list. Their Facebook page is AWESOME, and they clearly care about their residents and the community. Here is hoping they have availability for me in the next few months, cause I so wanna join this community. :)"

"These are beautiful apartments but I wouldn’t recommend staying here. They will charge you late fees even if you pay your rent on time. And even after you show them the receipt with the payment date and time, they’ll refuse to take the charge off. They refused to answer questions or provide their managers contact information. They literally ignore my calls and emailed me saying they say me calling. Very unprofessional. And very ghetto. And my car was broken into, 1/10. Very poor management. But other than that I think the apartments are good. I just hate that the management seems incapable of handling situations. They will ignore your calls. Stay away."

"Newly built apartments. Appliances are new, and staff to whom I interact was kind and friendly person. Apartments are airy and good light exposure to the whole area. Maintained properly. Liked the gym area as well. It's just an availability issue."

"Living life in a grand way is the best way to describe this place. I'm now on my third year renting from Central Bay Apartments and it's been incredible. Has all your useful amenities (pool, gym, pet care center, ect.) The staff are always welcoming and so helpful. The apartments all have great layouts with very nice appliances. Last but not least, you always have an amazing view to see! Its been a definite vacation while at home! Best apartments in Wichita hands down."
