"Words don't come close to expressing how much they have helped me. I had a fracture to my right wrist and have been seeing them for a few weeks. Every visit has shown improvement through the therapy as well as the exercises they have provided me to do at home. I look forward to going not only for the therapy but because they are such nice people. Bob and Barbara have such great personalities, they make the entire experience very enjoyable. Don't slip and fall just to go see them, but if you need physical therapy, I'd highly recommend them!"
"I have been going to see Bob and the girls for quite some time now. Been to different therapists but none present the knowledge as these professionals do. I highly recommend seeing Bob!"
"I wasn't sure if I was at the right place, but after reading Katy's review, I knew I was. I drove from Spokane for an appointment, and also forgot my mask. I would never say the staff was particularly friendly, but this particular day there was nothing but disdain, and no cheap paper masks available. All 3 of the receptionists were wearing their masks around their chins. When I commented on that, they said that masks were only needed in the treatment area (which was open to the reception area). I wanted to point out that Covid is air born but restrained myself and just walked out. I did not return. This is the worst hand therapy clinic I have ever been in. The therapy itself was very clinical, though the therapist was nice enough. I have chronic joint pain and have for years. There are far better hand therapy clinics that offer friendly, helpful staff and treatment that is effective and enjoyable. I recommend Clint Hubbard in Spokane, or Spokane Occupational and Hand Therapy in Spokane Valley. My hands were dipped in wax and allowed to soak in the warmth of the warming pads before being massaged. After that they were ready to exercise. Do yourself a favor and try anywhere else!"
"If i could rate a zero i would. My 16 year old daughter who has been going here for months, came in for her 630 am appointment and had forgot her mask. So my daughter asked if they could provide one they told her no and refused to treat her. Their solution was for her to go to the gas station and buy one. All while neither of the two woman were wearing masks. I mean she is a kid and shes never forgotten a mask before...if you are going to treat children maybe you can provide a mask if its needed."
"Such an amazing team here. Excellent care, friendly and professional...and mostly, knowledgeable. This is my second round of treatment here. The first was after hand surgery and brought me from a virtually unusable hand to being able to write with it again. This round is for a problematic shoulder...bursitis and tendonitis. In a few short weeks I've gone from the fastest of movement causing pain to no pain and complete recovery of both strength and range of motion. Bob Swider is absolutely amazing. He is always a pleasure to work with. I look forward to every appointment."
