"Crooks the entire place, where I rented was decent however when I moved out three months later he refused me my deposit I acquired a judgment against him still no money he is a crook. Please spend your money elsewhere it is to hard to come by not to get it back!"

"I am not the one to bash a place. I have repeatedly ask Ernest Wilkie to return my deposit. After 2 days of giving him a deposit and I saw the “furnished Townhomes” I was being polite when I said it wasn’t a good fit. In actuality the sofa he moved in there was filthy, the garage had a big hole and the place was very rundown. I have been polite and asked him repeatedly to return my deposit. I am an honest person and I would never keep someone’s money for no reason. He did a review on his own apartments on google but I don’t think he’s ever put any renovations or even come into town to see his place that he rents out. Finally got my deposit back in May!"

"I had to cancel my reservation and originally had issues with getting a fair amount refunded, but since then Ernest has given me a fair partial reimbursement. thank you."

"I lived there for a year and never had any issues. My apartment was clean and well taken care of. Ernest was always very nice. If I ever move back to Liberal I'll go there first."

"Finding housing can always be a challenge, when I first moved in I will admit that I had my reservations but the owner does a got job of getting things fixed fast if you have an issue. He is reinvesting in the location and making the place look better. I know that they are fixing the units up and it is a quiet and safe location. My neighbors are friendly and easy to get along with. I can not complain, if you are looking for a place to rent this is not a bad option in this area."
