"Oh make sure you get the RIGHT Oyo in town. We made reservations at the other one but at 1am when we showed up here, they neglected to tell us that there was two OYO in town and well...we got a delightful room for $42...the door didn't latch, the heat wasn't on, and the toilet didn't flush and had someone else's pee in it. We really just needed a place to sleep as we headed across country so we slept for a whole 4 hours, before GTFO out of there. The sheets were clean. And there were no bed bugs. Everything else, totally suspicious. Here's how we locked the door if y'all need a quick place to sleep at a sleezy motel."

"We tried to book two rooms here for one night. Just needed a clean, safe place to sleep for the night. Traveling with 4 adults and 3 children. Had difficulty booking over the phone so just showed up (got there about 1am). Rented the rooms directly at the front desk. We went across the parking lot to the rooms and as we opened the door realized that the air conditioning was left off (July in Kansas so very hot), the mini fridge was sitting directly on the floor and unplugged, and we found a cockroach in the shower. We didn’t even bring our things in, let alone the kids. Went straight back to the front desk and asked for a refund as we were not staying there. The owner refused. We left and had to pay for a room elsewhere. I tried to dispute the charge with my credit card company but again the owner refused to refund the charges and stated that the rooms were as described. So if you are looking for rooms with bugs and unfriendly staff, then this is your place. Otherwise I would recommend staying clear of this establishment. We will never rent from OYO again. Not in any city."
