"Hotel was clean. Staff was great. Breakfast was good. But you couldn't take a hot shower. It was Barley warm!!! After a long day of travels and you can't even take a hot shower. That was very disappointing."

"I travel between Texas and South Dakota quite often, this was always my choice of hotel. It is nice and clean. However, the last stay we had my daughter took her Nintendo switch lite. I didn't call the hotel right away because I thought she had left it in the car. I have since detailed the van, mother has searched her house, and I have searched ours. When I called the hotel to see if they had it they said it wasn't found. Yet, someone has been playing it everyday consistently. I am 100% positive my daughter left her switch in the hotel room. I do not mess around when hotels keep belongings for themselves. I have switched to the Best Western in town and will not switch back to the Comfort Inn. If they are not going to look at their schedules and discipline whoever cleaned our room I don't want to risk anymore items being kept as trophies."

"Good experience, I had an unexpected overnight stay here. The room was decently priced and very clean. The hotel is modern and the rooms boast a high ceiling. The bed is very comfortable! The bathroom was very clean. No complaints at all. I did not stay for breakfast, so I can’t comment on it."

"This has always been my hotel of choice every time that I need a room in the area but have been less than impressed with the last few times I’ve stayed. Over the course of about 4 months my last 3 different stay the hot tub has been out of service or like this last stay the entire pool area was closed due to chemical issues not allowing any guest access. During my last stay I had booked a king suite with jacuzzi tub and ended up being placed in a room in the middle of a middle school football team where kids were running up and down halls and banging on doors including my room until almost midnight. The staff did nothing to get that group to be respectful to other guests. Upon booking the last 3 stays not once was I ever informed of the hot tub or pool being closed nor was I able to get a different room after they did nothing to quiet that group down even that late at night. That stay was about 2 weeks ago. For the exception of the pool facilities not being accessible so my daughter being unable to swim or to relax in the hot tub the rest of the hotel has always been very clean and the grounds are well maintained. The rooms are all spacious and accommodating and have always been clean. As for the staff it is really hit and miss with their attitude and how well they take care of the guests. There are times that they are great and very friendly then other times they will seemingly hide from sight making you wait awhile before they reluctantly offer any help and even then are very short with you. Breakfast has consistently been one of the better options out of any hotel in the area. Would still recommend staying here as overall it’s a really nice hotel. Would be nice to be informed wether any of the facilities are not accessible during booking or before checking in since the pool/hot tub are important in features I look for when booking anywhere especially with my daughter rather than paying full price and being limited."

"We stayed here to attend a friend’s funeral. The staff was super helpful and flexible with questions and checkout times as we weren’t sure if we needed to stay one or two nights. The rooms were large, newer, and extra clean. The breakfast was tasty and the waffles were light, fluffy, crispy, and some of the best I have had on the road. We would recommend and stay again."
