"Wife went to store to buy a tool box while I was at work paid for it but didn’t fit in vehicle told store if they can just hold it while she went and got a bigger vehicle at this time the toolbox is paid for they just holding it. When she got back they told her they were sorry they had sold it and was the last one. Staff had no right to sell something that was already sold."

I pay extra yearly to take advantage of the member only coupons only for this store to be out of the items. Never had this problem with the Garden city store. I was si happy that they opened one on Liberal, but I guess I'll have to continue to drive to Garden."
