"I actually don't know how they are in business with the horrible front desk person, Lori/Loree. We are looking for new windows for our house, I didn't realize they didn't install the windows themselves as I found them on BBB. I found another company that also didn't, yet the other acted like they wanted my business. Lori did not sound kind at all and also had me fill out a form (only company to do so, but whatever) and sounded like she wanted off the phone asap, a day after submitting the form a subcontractor reached out to me to schedule a quote. Sadly due to health reasons they had to cancel, it happens, no worries. I reached back out to Viewpoint and had to leave a message to see if they would refer me to someone else. They called back and I couldn't take the call, but they didn't leave a message at all. I had to call back and leave another message. Lori called me back and was rude yet again. She asked why she referred that initial subcontractor to me, I said I didn't know, not sure why I would know? Super weird. She then asked for a specific number for the windows/quote that sounded like it would be on documentation. I said I didn't have one, offered to give my address, I figured if they had my address they could look up my info. I started to give it and she interrupts me and asks why I'm giving that to her. At that point with her tone and interruptions, I just said nevermind and hung up. Please learn some etiquette or hire someone else, you lost my business because of her."

"We recently had replacement windows installed on our home....what a top notch group of guys. Ty was certainly helpful from the beginning to the very end. The installers -- Pat, Jason, David and TJ were prompt, polite and skilled with their work. We would highly recommend them for your home project!"

"This is a revision of the review below. We finally got a hold of Viewpoint again for the malfunctioning doors. They informed us that a 3rd party installed the doors that were purchased from them. When they sent their guy out he fixed them to satisfaction in one night. The 4/5 stars is just because they didn't offer this solution from day 1 when we brought up the problem! We built our house 3.5 years ago and decided on Viewpoint. With our budget, Jay Pearson was able to get us a pretty good deal on windows and doors that improved the look of our home. There was some confusion with ordering that resulted in a small change from what we originally wanted, but nothing drastic. Overall, we were pleased with the product. However, the installation was a different story. One of the French doors barely worked and the other close completely. We called Viewpoint regarding this and they sent out a serviceman to reset/adjust them. The one door has performed fine since the adjustment, but the other one always had a catch on it from day one and has been difficult to close. The serviceman said this was the best he could do and it was fixed. Three years later, the door is non-functional. One side of the French door runs into the other and it can't be opened, unless you give it a body slam and hip check it. Also, the front door leaks water and dirt and has locking issues. After trying to schedule some sort of service for a number of months, Viewpoint sent someone (who I believe was a 3rd party contractor) over to inspect the door. This gentleman informed us, that in his opinion, the door was not installed correctly, and no further adjustments could be made because the screws had been stripped. He said he needed to order parts and come back. After a few weeks and a couple phone calls, we got a hold of Viewpoint and it was going to cost over $900 to fix the problem. This was probably a reasonable bid for what needed to be done, but we believe (and the serviceman stated the same thing) that this would not have been necessary if the door had been installed correctly the first place. Again, we should have been more insistent 3 years ago that it wasn't installed correctly. Viewpoint was not the recommended vendor from our builder, so our builder did not participate in getting this taken care of. You definitely take this risk when not using the recommended vendor. In summary, we feel the the price and overall experience up until purchase was great, the installation job was very poor."

Ty was personable and caring and didn't just try to sell us windows but took the time to evaluate our issues and offer us options. His measurements were spot on and the installation team headed by Jack and Dale were conscientious, knowledgeable and very neat. We would definitely use Viewpoint again and would recommend them without any hesitation."

"I've installed my own windows, doors, and sliding glass doors for the past 10 years. I do that because it saves money and I want it to look good when it's done. Too often, "professional" means "rapid", but not necessarily quality. I haven't had the time I need for some projects lately, so I decided to look for help. View Point did a great job - I'm amazed at what they were able to do with the install. Also, I found the prices to be very reasonable. There were some tricky spots dealing with the install of my front door, and the craftsmanship and care taken during the install was amazing. Also, my house was left perfectly clean when they were done. It is rare for me to find a business that provides excellent craftsmanship with reasonable prices. I recommend View Point with confidence that you will be pleased with the results."
