"Wow. I've never felt so disregarded before. I collapsed and seized during a blood draw and she seemed to me to assume nothing of it, after she forgot that I told her I passed out during a blood draw a few months prior and went on with it, and I overheard her joke with her colleague afterward that a 25 year old collapsed in her office. Also failed to request lab results for the most important things we'd actually discussed, and told me I could just do research online myself. My symptoms have progressed and changed some of them getting worse but I will most certainly not count on you again to help me! I'm not actually sure what you billed me for, I was looking for a reliable care provider that could help me feel better and be my healthiest but instead received a massive disappointment from who I believe to be a careless individual and unnecessary medical bills. I am losing faith in the entire medical field because of experiences like this, these things all happened between only 3 or 4 appointments. I don't know what else to do about this, so I'll post a review here! This is all my perception and opinion, so use your own discretion."

"Jackie is absolutely amazing! Been going to her for years. She takes time with her patients which I greatly appreciate. Her staff is always friendly. I am grateful she offers suggestions to try other than just writing scripts and pushing pills on me. Never have I not felt that she genuinely cares. I also adore that she won't tolerate patients treating her staff rudely or wasting everyone's time with no shows (her no show policy is beyond fair)."

"For a long time I have struggled with anxiety issues and I finally decided to establish a primary care and address this issue. My visit with Jackie started off with personal health questions and a little background of myself and my life. I told her I was struggling with anxiety issues for a while and gave a little background of how it all started and how long I was struggling with it along with my symptoms. She proceeded to start talking about the weather and winter time and how she has to change her daily routine to counter the effects of seasonal depression. I immediately was offended, she related her personal life with my anxiety issues and basically disregarded my issue. I was already anxious about the visit itself but I felt like she saw my life from the outside and judged me by that. I went to another provider a couple years later when I was able to build my confidence in talking about it with another medical professional, diagnosed and was put on medication which has helped me so much. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else."
