"I moved here in January, site unseen because I was coming from Oregon, and this place has its ups and downs: Positives- a block away from the greenbelt, I like the hardwood floors in the rooms (bedroom is the only room carpeted), ever unit has a balcony, and I really like that the bathroom is accessible from the hallway and the bedroom, high ceilings. Negatives- the living room is tiny. I have a medium sized loveseat that doesnt allow for a side table on either side, and the space between the couch and the tv stand is so small a coffee table wont fit. In my opinion, the bedroom and bathroom are huge and I would prefer to have them a little smaller to have a bigger living space to maybe fit a kitchen table, or even feel comfortable having guests over. I wish the patio had storage but in general it is a good size. An annoyance, the outlet that shares a wall with the patio is connected to the patio light switch. So you either have the patio light on 24/7 to use the inside outlet, or you have an outlet in your place that is off. I hung string lights on the patio before realizing this, and then noticed that the patio outlet is connected to that switch as well, so if I want the string lights on, the patio overheard light turns on too. Just doesnt make much sense. Carly did help me with the whole apartment process which was really nice and great, especially since I was signing the lease from another state."
"Fair price for new apartments in great location close to the greenbelt. Rentable electric scooters in the area usually. There is an amazing barber in one of the retail spaces on the ground floor. EDIT. After living here for over 3 years and finally moving away, I am lowering my review from 4 stars to 3. Dealing with property management when we moved out was way more of a hassle than it should have been and when we moved out two months early they told us to market the apartment to fill it until our lease was up. We did that, I marketed the apartment for a week and found someone to move in just to find out they already found someone else and we wouldn't be getting the prorated rent back. They had us market the apartment for them, got two units filled because of us, and still wouldn't pro rate our rent. Only after I complained to them did we get our deposit back, 33 days after we moved out."
