"Do not move here, it is not worth the cheaper rents. If you can handle triannual inspections where they come in and look at everything, than this is the place for you. Now make sure you don't have kids because they are not allowed to play inside or around tge property at all, that's a lease violation. Don't walk out of your patios because that is a lease violation if you disturb any of the landscaping. Btw, the only way for the first floor tenants to walk from their patios to anywhere, would be disturbing said landscaping of gravel and bark. Maintenance will take years to fix things, if they even do fix things...your lucky. And the company who runs this place will cause you severe emotional and physical distress because you CAN NOT live here in peace."

"The tenants here ruin the experience. The building and location are great and it’s very affordable, however the hostility that is experienced anytime you try to enjoy the patio area or playground is unbearable. I shouldn’t feel like I am intruding on an area that is meant for the community, however the clique of tenants that hang out here regularly ensure that no one feels comfortable enough to want to enjoy “their” space."

"I currently live at this place. I have had to put in 5work orders in the last 5 months I lived here. We moved in they told us that the rent situation was going to be (high) temporary but only for a a month then it will later be lowered. When I asked about it they sent me a rude e-mail telling me that their was nothing they can do about it. For a place are that is supposed to be feaderal funded they sure don't help out people with a family of ***** with one income we have to put a lot things on hold every month just to make the rent. We are wanting to move out of this place ASAP. I was a good place to live but the manager got fired for health reasons (she really tried to help us) and the new person they hired is never in office. Work orders takes a few weeks to get done. If your a family with one income look for a better place. Plus they are only supposed to do inspection of the unit ever 6months and the first 30days of moving in. I have had a lot more inspection then that and for someone that is paying full price for a unit. I feel as if I shouldn't have to stress myself to make sure everything is super clean. If I want to have candles out I need to make sure they are put away before they come in."

"I've been trying to contact them for 2 weeks now just to get information and an application. The voice mail says it may take longer than one day to call you back. Didn't expect to never hear back."
