River Pointe Apartments

"Our experience with River Pointe Premier's property management has been nothing short of a nightmare. Throughout our tenancy, we encountered a multitude of issues that speak volumes about the incompetence and lack of integrity within the management team. Firstly, we repeatedly faced problems with utility billing. Despite our diligent efforts to rectify billing discrepancies, including direct communication with Idaho Power and providing undeniable evidence of errors, the property manager, Debrah, displayed a shocking level of apathy and incompetence. It took incessant follow-ups and an unnecessary amount of time for her to even acknowledge, let alone rectify, the mistakes. Over the span of 4 months we were harassed about a power bill that did not even belong to out apartment. We had to have Idaho power call Debrah to explain this. It was a nightmare to even get Deborah on the phone as she refused to do so after multiple pleas from my wife and I. Not to mention after we thought this so called power bill mix up was over. The next month Deborah emailed us the same fiasco all over again. Either Deborahs memory has failed her or she is unorganized. After all of this was settled we did not even get an apology from Deborah. Moreover, upon moving out, we were slapped with an unjust cleaning fee. This fee was imposed despite leaving the apartment in a condition that far exceeded the standards outlined in the lease agreement. We meticulously documented the state of the property, only to be met with baseless accusations from Debrah regarding cleanliness. This blatant disregard for honesty and fairness in property management practices is deeply troubling. I fear for the fairness of other tenants. Maybe I will point them to intermountain fair housing for assistance. Furthermore, our attempts to reclaim our pet deposit were met with an astonishing level of incompetence and misinformation from Debrah. Despite providing all necessary documentation and having previously discussed our pets with her, she suddenly claimed that pets were not permitted in the apartment. This contradicted not only our prior interactions but also the documentation we provided, including ESA documents and evidence of pet screenings conducted in her presence. In summary, our experience with River Pointe Premier's property management was marred by a consistent pattern of incompetence, dishonesty, and poor communication. Prospective tenants beware: renting from this establishment may result in unnecessary stress, financial losses, and unjust treatment."

"The apartments are nice. With hot tub , pool and gym. Great view of the Boise River. The Premier apartments are more monthly but worth it. Lot's of amenities like bike storage, gas fire pits, and free Bbq's. River and Green belt are just feet away."

"The staff was friendly and so helpful, they went out of their way to try and save money getting into the place The apt is so nice, clean and modern. I love how close to the river it is, the Greenbelt is just out the gates. Amazing location Very dog friendly"

"If I could give it a 4.5, I would. We are extremely happy with the location and the actual apartment. The high-end fixtures and design are amazing. The location is the best, right on the Greenbelt. The new Maintenance Manager is phenomenal. Maintenance seems to be hampered by at times with purchases for the apartment that they seem necessary, but not management. We were unlucky enough to be housed under a family with a toddler. You can hear screaming, running, toys pounding. I've asked and another family had no issue, as their upstairs neighbor was a couple with a dog. They sometimes hear the dog jump down from the sofa. The complex is phenomenal. 2 outdoor grills and 2 large gathering spaces with large gas heaters and dining tables under a huge gazebo roof. Not to mention the small gym, cabana, outdoor pool, heated but still cold IMO and a hot tub that is heated."

"I’ve been at River Pointe for about 3 weeks now! I’m sitting here eating pizza that they freely provided for the entire complex! Thank you, River Pointe staff! They even gave me some cupcakes to take back to my apartment. This isn’t your average apartment. I’m a little hesitant to post because I don’t want everyone to find out about this secret gem right on the Boise river and in such a convenient location with so many awesome amenities! Super friendly staff and very accommodating! I can’t speak highly enough. I’ll be here for a while if not forever! I love it here!"
