"They build beautiful apartments and Buckingham works for them i had a bad time from the start trying to get into Amaya Village apartments in Orange Cove Ca. I was treated rude and now i feel discriminated i jumped thru hoops to try to get the apartment and in the end i was told they did not approve my application. I then asked to have a meeting in which i was denied that also."

"I applied for an apartment managed by this company in Hawthorne, Ca. I gave the apartment a $100 deposit to hold the apartment so they said. In April 2017 I contacted them because I no longer wanted the apartment for other reasons. I have been waiting since April for my deposit to returned. I contacted Pacific company regarding the matter, they did not help me. I am still waiting for my $100 to be refunded back to me."
