"So. My grandmother filled out an application and she wanted me to come and take pictures. I called to set up an appt, no one called back. I came by with my sister at 8 am today, called again and no one answered. I am a caregiver myself and has someone watching her, she has declined dramatically. I wanted to take pictures for my grandmother, whom lives in Tennessee. I’m highly enraged and there is no button to get a hold of an office just apt buttons and I refuse to wake someone up. Extremely disappointed. No, thank you! Do not give me a call back! We are going with another place. And maybe you get back BUT NOT IN A TIMELY MANNER."

"I just moved into Eagle Manor and I couldn’t be happier. The new manager is friendly and works very hard to make your move easy. Travis, the handyman was right there when a mover damaged a light switch. It was replaced immediately. Eagle Manor is also going through some new and wonderful changes. The parking has been redone and it looks wonderful. They are replacing stoves and refrigerators and hot water heaters in all of the units over the next several months. They are buying new furniture and when they get done it’s going to be a really nice facility. Their new security system is impressive. My apartment already feels like home."
