"This property management is complete garbage, me including four other residences found black mold in the walls of our unit for one they did nothing about it I had a baby that constantly got sick, plus everyone else in my house were constantly sick once we found that our wall had 29-38% of moisture in it they did everything they could to evict us, one of the other residence that lived there found black mold as well and the property manager tried having her sign a agreement saying everything was fine in her unit which she did not sign they tried offering another unit to her that has mold as well, On top of the mold they don’t let kids play outside after school the maintenance of this apartment complex is complete garbage takes them a month minimum to address anything. Also we signed a lease for 1850 and all the fees we paid 2200 every month for a small 3 bed apartment that was infested with mold"
"I'm pretty sure management companies have swapped recently because the negative reviews sound outlandish compared to what I've been experiencing here. parking situation could be better, but I always find a spot, although I couldn't imagine trying to park a truck here. You can pay a small fee to have an extra spot that seems easier to get into. Very cool about pets, maintenance is very responsive. There's not many amenities but you're talking about a nice apartment in eagle at the price for one you'd get in bad areas of Caldwell. My unit has stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, dishwasher, and in unit washer and dryer. right across the street from library, and right down the street from downtown where many events are held.15 minutes from Boise and meridian in either direction. Lots of nature for a town so close the city. I just think people aren't use to the price with the market as is. Also, spider webs don't accumulate on your porch if you dust, believe it or not. I don't get why people complain of that."
"Horrible place to live, poor management, too expensive for 0 amenities. No place for kids to play and no help or accommodations except bare minimum parking for handicapped. Just awful. I'm ashamed I can't give less than 1 star."
"Terrible experience overall. Upon signing, the unit I was promised was on the edge of the complex and in great condition with a beautiful view of the trees. Days later I was informed that they'd accidentally given that unit to someone else, and was instead given a unit in the middle of the complex with a view of the parking lot that was a wheelchair unit and had a lot less storage space than the other units because of that fact. The carpet was torn up in many places, a fact I documented and raised with office personnel on several occasions. Due to high turnover at the complex, the issue was never addressed. After a year at Rock Pointe my lease ended and I moved to Tennessee. I heard nothing from the complex for months...until they sent an $800 bill for the carpet. By that point I no longer had access to my photos of the apartment because my phone had broken, and Rock Pointe conveniently misplaced the walk-through record from when I'd moved in (they never gave me my own copy). I ignored all the terrible reviews of this place when I moved in - PLEASE don't make my mistake. The owners are at best incompetent and lazy and at worst liars and crooks."
"The parking is non existent and when told to park in another location, your vehicle will get towed. They do not accommodate for residents. The wonderful lady in the office smiled at me and told me it wasn't her problem. Bugs and webs are all over the exterior, our A/C went out roughly once a week when temperatures were over 100 degrees outside. You call an out of state company to make an appointment to have it fixed, but no one would fix it, so my husband would rattle the fuses outside to have it turned back on. This place is terrible, look elsewhere."
