"I love the surf Motel they treat us so well it's a clean place and it's safe"

"Decent rooms decent prices however the ac didnt work so was moved to another room in which ac still didnt work in it either and its the middle of summer. Waited for maintenance guy for 3hrs to get there to fix it and he didnt know how to do any fixing of anything apparently? So I asked him to borrow a phillips head screwdriver and he told me he doesnt even have any tools either...like wth? Had a friend bring me one and i fixed the ac myself in less than 5 mins. Looked like they actually had it rigged up to not work on purpose but cant say for sure. Easy fix. Other than that stay was just fine. Better than some other places. Just rooms are kind of small. They do allow dogs for 10 extra which helps us out bc we have a furry friend that goes everywhere we go so...yeah."

"Nasty, very dangerous there,the owner, are from Arabic or India people were so roud to a mother desperately trying to find her daughter, by the way ,they made me leave, she was there ,now my 28 year old daughter is q heroin, meth shoots what ever last 2yrs ago I seen her in took food, Roud management, very unsafe for normal people, my dog has a a nicer place n the filthy nasty ,bed bug ,lice infested , rooms are so bad ,n owner don't care about anything else or anyone else .ONLY CASH,VERY SAD PLACE YOU HAVE TO BE IN SKID ROW TO STAY IN THEM ROOMS,"

"Kinda of a ducky place. The t.v. would be all staticy and the fridge didn't work right and the Stove was completely broken and that's the main reason I wanted it cud we were staying for a week or 2 and he charged like 250 I think it was for a week and took off only 10 dollars cud the Stove..b.s.. IH and the bathroom light wouldn't stop doing some strobe thing blinking off and on which hurt my eyes...it was all around not very nice too. Or accommodations for the price they expect u to pay..outrageous.."

"For the most part, I enjoy this place. Its fairly clean, much cleaner than the other motels in the area. The bed linen is always washed and made nicely, the sheets and pillowcases bleached nice and white, not the dingy gray trend from other Broadway motels. ;The owners are nice most of the time, and the housekeeper is a friendly guy as well."
