"Very convenient location near lots of entertainment and food. Room was dated but clean. Check in was a breeze and the lady at the desk was very friendly. The breakfast staff greeted everyone that came down to eat. We had to use the pull out bed for my son and the sheets were too small for the mattress. If you plan on cooking or using silverware, I recommend washing them before use, as ours were not sanitary. My boys enjoyed the basketball court and we liked being walking distance to chicken and pickle, bowling and the theater. For the price, i was satisfied with the residence inn. We would stay here again."

"Stayed one night as I was passing through Wichita, KS. This hotel is an easy 4-5 minutes from US-400. Plenty of parking. Quick and friendly check-in. Room was nice, clean, and without odor. Breakfast in the morning was good and plenty of choices. Plenty of parking too. A few restaurants within walking distance."

"Um...yikes! Booked online...checked in late and realized the next morning in daylight that we were staying in a filthy room. Previous guests hair in drawers, on bathroom floor in shower. Ground in grime on handles and other surfaces. Surprisingly the carpet was clean. PM staff was nice. AM staff that I understandingly addressed the fact that I know staffing is difficult right now and explained my issue with the room and the outrageous amount ($200) that I paid them for a filthy room...they quickly blew me off and said they would make a note of it. A partial refund or even an actual apology would have been sufficient. They charge $5 for parking. Normal parking lot...not sure how they justify charging for parking. Their photos on their website/google listing are WAY off. Have a look at my photos and get a realistic vision of your future stay...."
