"We have stayed here consistently and over a span of six months have never seen a spider, roach, bedbug, or any nefarious activity listed in other reviews. Room service does a great job cleaning and supplying amenities, and the ladies are always cheerful and helpful. Crystal, the manager, always provides excellent service and has gone out of her way to make our stay here comfortable. The rooms are in great condition, including furniture, cleanliness, and plumbing. The showers have great water pressure and the bathrooms are updated and spotless. The refrigerator, microwave, and hair dryer are always all in working order. The area the motel is in, is walking distance to plenty of restaurants and convenience stores, and the motel management works hard to keep the motel and parking lot quiet and safe, I am comfortable playing with my son outside here which can't be said of a lot of motels. Management does remove bad apples from the property, which is where I'm guessing the bad reviews come from, so take those with a grain of salt. It's nice to know the staff is working to keep things safe and orderly, the one time we did witness an issue with people in another room, management promptly dealt with it appropriately. I have a service dog who is very large and motel staff has not only been very accommodating with our needs but have always been very accepting and friendly to both us and our dog. We've never had a single negative issue here. At Christmas, Santa came to the office for the kids staying in the motel and gave my son a football. If you're looking for a clean, affordable room in a quiet neighborhood with friendly staff who care about the safety and quality of your stay, this is the place."

"Absolutely worst hotel you could ever imagine. The lady who works the front desk is rude so disrespectful mean and violent threatens you and even if you have your mother, come pick you to take you to work, she will charge you in extra $150 for an unregistered guest. They make you pay a pet deposit regardless of how big or small your pet is and your pet has to stay in a pet Carrier at all times They'll give you a smoking room, but they won't give you any ashtrays They constantly do what they call room inspections and they come in and search your room and for any absolutely any reason that they want they charge you an extra $150 or your out A girl from a separate room Had came up to my room just to visit for a minute and show me her little dog that she already paid a pet deposit for. She held the dog on her lap the entire time. She was in my room and the lady still walked into my room charged me an extra $150 for having that dog in my room even though she already knew about it. My friend had already paid the pet deposit and then still kicked me out the next morning rude so rude And I couldn't even get a refund. Turn the other week and a 1/2 that I had already paid for."

"Older lady at front desk rude and lazy.. Lost my ID and said it fell in stack of papers on desk and couldn't find it. Also said she wouldn't go back down stairs while on the 2nd floor to get a key to our room because she was too lazy and we had to wait. Always looked unapproachable and made us wait for anything we asked while being rude. She was not only unprofessional but also looked unprofessional. Zero consideration for customer satisfaction and made this the worst stay at any hotel. Advice , stay anywhere else this place is garbage... Because of the older big lady with gray hair..."

"Beware of new ownership! The $199/wk Everything Included price is false advertisement! After my friends check-in was complete, the manager continued to badger him daily for more money! First, it was $35 more for tax. Then came a $50 pet fee, and she even threatened to call the police. He was refused a replacement key until he coughed up more money! Then she waited for him to leave and badgered his guests for more money and threatened them with calling the police! Keep on driving past this one, folks! There are many comparable hotels close by that wouldn't dream of treating customers this way. Even the roaches were more welcoming than the manager! Motel 6 is a few blocks away, and they have a friendly staff and a nice pool! And your final price is your final price!"
