"Not ideal for extended stay (more than a few days), but overall good experience. Great access to the highway, lots of food choice within a short drive. Front desk staffing has room for improvements. Overall fairly clean and tidy.."
"If I could give six stars instead of five, I would! Incredible staff who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was fantastic. Rooms were well kept, breakfast was perfect, and the hot tub being open late was such a plus. The staff was also super helpful in scheduling a shuttle for us to get around."
"I arrived at the front office (reception), I told staff, (I wish I could know her name) that I'm Deaf and please take your pen and paper or mobile to communicate with me. She said ok and give my information to her then she decided to change room for "disability" room. I got into the room. I didnt realized that room have accessibility to door bell flashlight and fire alarm flashlight too! I was very impressed that she is aware what I need to access this room because never know it will be happen to me. In my opinion, she is concern me come first as SAFE place! I would like to explain and educate you so I would suggest you maybe Hearing Impaired is inappropriate because it is slur word and political incorrect. Better way to Deaf and Hard of Hearing. Thank you!!"
"Before I checked in, I called to see if I could extend my reservation a few days. Due to the type of rate I have I couldn't do it and the individual training was VERY polite about it. The issue I had was when the trainee passed the phone to her trainer instead of muting themselves I heard the trainer say "oh that sucks for her, we won't be doing that" and then tried to be professional. NO! As someone who has worked in hotels for 5+years, this is HORRIBLE service. Then from there my husband tried to check in before I arrived (we were on a VERY TIGHT time crunch) and they refused to let him check in because they needed to charge his card that very minute. NEWS FLASH: They don't charge your card until you check out!!! He gave them his card for incidentals and they still wouldn't let him check in. Fine! That's your policy. I was checked in by trainee I had the pleasure of speaking with earlier that week and she was AWESOME! When I went upstairs to start getting ready for my event. My sister plugged in my $200 hair straighter and we heard a loud POP sound. I rushed in to see a burnt mark on the sink counter in the restroom and my hair straighter fried. I called down to the front desk and explained what happened. They said they would be right up and after 10 minutes of waiting I left due to my event. When I came back the trainee came upstairs and looked at what had happened and took pictures of everything. Said she would speak with the manager and get back to me. I check out on Saturday and didn't hear from the manager. I called Sunday, he was out. I called Monday and the front desk agent said he was busy and would give me a call back in 15 minutes. Here we are on a Tuesday and I called back and he's out of the office. GIVE ME A CALL MANAGER!!!! I'm only give it a one star-review based on the trainee."
"Drove in from Dallas on our way to Omaha. Reserved a room at this location prior to departing our home. I called the hotel in advance to let them know we wouldn't arrive until late (around midnight). They got us checked in and had keys ready for us... took no time at all. This kind gesture allowed us to keep the babies sleeping as we scrambled in from the freezing weather. Front desk staff, manager, maids, and breakfast staff were all very pleasant and fun to talk to. The room was lovely, clean, and spacious. The shower had dispensable soaps that were actually quite pleasant and steaming hot water. Heater worked like a charm! The concessions in the lobby area were abundant, including meds, craft beers, sodas, several kinds of water, candy/chips, and microwave-ready meals. Nothing was crazy expensive, which we appreciated. Complimentary hot breakfast was delightful. My family particularly enjoyed the individually-wrapped spinach feta frittatas. WOW what a treat! They also have a fantastic oatmeal station, and many options to choose from throughout the buffet area. I noticed this location had a decent gym and even better pool area, though I didn't get to enjoy them on this trip. Looking forward to future stays at this property!"
