"The front desk clerk is amazing, she’s very patient. But to be honest, this is more like an apartment complex in ways that it’s not ran professionally. No one is ever at the front desk, we have to call for concerns. There is NO breakfast as it says on the website. Laundry is also not complimentary like it is at extended stay East. This is my second day here and I will be leaving. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here because it’s not your regular hotel. It’s kind of like staying on Broadway."

"Room was disgusting 4th floor hallway has settled and dips onto the floor supports creating a hazardous condition as I nearly rolled my ankle. the blinds were warped so they didn't block sunlight well. The whole hotel was dirty. For the price I paid I was dissatisfied with the accommodations and unless I have compensation for the substandard condition I will never stay in any extended stay hotel again. I am a perks member too. Also the whole 4th floor was filled with marijuana smoke"

"This hotel is amazing. The staff if very hard working and friendly. The rooms are clean and spacy and the beds are very comfortable. The noise isn't bad at all just an occasional car from the highway. Once quiet hour hits you barely hear anything unless someone is walking to their room. The community here is welcoming and friendly. Definitely a place worth staying."

"I was there for over a year. Left for vacation already left a review then ... Owners and management has changed since then. Still the same to review. From management all the way down. The ladies have been awesome! If I ever return to the Wichita area I would not hesitate to stay here again!"
