"“I DO NOT RECOMMEND! DISGUSTING! ” No breakfast or little breakfast, pancakes.were just a little bigger than a quarter. We had a poolside side room the pool was green and full of leaves. They told us it was an indoor pool it was not. The toilet clod up flooding the bathroom floor 3 times when we had to go to the rest room they let us into another room that wasn't clean, so we had a place to use a restroom without having to leave the property. Then what made us change our minds completely and totally disgusted was finding a man depend diaper full if poop in the dresser bottom drawer . Down right disguising! They offered us no compensation for anything. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE USE THIS HOTEL OR RECOMMEND IT"

"I would never recommend this hotel for no an not even not pets. We stayed there one night after me and my fiance got married and had bad service from the get go. We had to twos reserved and the one room the hvac did not work and then they were moved to another and the tv didnt work right. So then it goes on me and my now husband wake up to find out our truck got stolen out of the parking lot. We notify the police, but the sad thing is the workers didnt wanna help out with anything. they told us they werent allowed to view the camera footage until tomorrow. so if i could give no stars i would, so again i would never recommend this hotel for anyone!!"

"DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! This place deserves 0 stars. Checked in and checked out within 30 mins of arriving. There was bugs in the bed and dead bugs on the floor in the second room I was shown. Outdated furniture and non working AC. Sketchy area not safe. It smelled like mold and the sheets were stained. Looked dirty and dusty. They still have yet to refund me and don’t believe their customers complaints. Worst customer service and front desk staff even management sucks. Do not stay here!"

"I love this hotel! The atmosphere is so quiet & relaxing it feels as though you have the place to yourself. With all the natural light coming through the sky lights and the beautiful greenery its like an indoor oasis. The staff are so friendly and willing to help in any way they can. The rooms are spacious and the beds are always so comfortable. I definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family."
