"If it was not for the front desk man this morning, I think I would’ve lost it. I have stayed at this location multiple times. I’ve had rooms and suites. This day was the absolute worst day not just because of the Manager at night because she was just evil, and didn’t want to do her job, but because of the room conditions, they were absolutely disgusting and it’s just shocking beyond shocking. They just come up with excuses as well. This is because of plaster drips. We forgot to take the dirty dishes out. Who does stuff like this trying to make it like it’s our fault that we had disgusting rooms. Finding hair and crumbs on a bed is unacceptable , finding as they said, plaster drippage on the headboard which it wasn’t plaster drippage it was bodily fluid. I don’t think I will ever stay at this location again because they absolutely suck besides the young man from this morning who was awesome. Don’t expect good customer service."

"I typically try to stay away from college campuses when I do my stays. I actually got this last minute. I was pleasantly surprised with it all. The location, the room as well as the cleanliness of everything. Definitely spacious and worth it. Since I was working, I didn't get to try the eats here, but definitely next time!"
