Red Roof PLUS+ Wichita East 7335 East Kellogg Drive, Wichita, KS 67207

"Shower water was Luke warm, rotted wall under a/c beds wore out, faucet in bathroom was loose had to hold it ti change from tub to shower on diverted. Asked for a pool side room when room was booked, was told we could get poolside, ended up being put on 2nd floor. So we had to smell cigarette smoke when we were there. Thought we left our spare car key in room when we called to ask we were told to call back the next day, we called back and were told to call back after 9:00am when housekeepers were clocked in. This was 3 days after we stayed. Will not be staying at this red roof again. Also cracked tile, cracked shower walls that had been covered up with backing board. There was also no breakfast, no drinks like was advertised. This hotel has ruined us staying at red roof inns in the future for what we paid we could have got the accommodations requested and had a hot shower with decent beds. The least they could've done was vacuum the room before our arrival considering we were not able to check in until 6:00pm"

"King loft suite. 191.00 taxes included. My sliding glass doors don't work to go out on balcony or on terrace to use fire pit. The fireplace fake fire thing doesn't reach a plug to turn on. So far not impressed. And no breakfast!!?! Bath tub upstairs in second bathroom had standing water when we checked in. Tub won't drain. Jacuzzi tub knobs are broke. I'll post pictures later. The pool is the only positive to post about so far. Pool is comfortable. The hot tub is good. But everyone needs to know it is weird to get into the hot tub when other people are already in it. It makes everything awkward for everyone. Especially the ones already in the hottub. To add, the loft entry door has been kicked in at some point and they screwed it back together and taped it. How secure is that? Sound didn't work on the TV in the living area. And again NO BREAKFAST!"

"No hot water , bed is awful I was only able to sleep a few hours it felt like I was sleeping on a steel cot .no towels in the pool area. Heater made an awful noise. Room was clean bathtub did drain but took about 30 min. Kid friendly, staff members were friendly"

"I reserve the lounge suit for my birthday weekend. We check in head to our room and what do we see? The door opened already. Floors dirty looked like they haven’t been mopped or rugs vacuumed. Some curtain rods for the windows were Broken. Ceilings have water damage to them. Get in the jacuzzi, jets don’t work, plug is broken. Go to lay down for bed. Notice burn holes in the sheets, so I instantly take them off and return them to the front desk before they try and charge me 200$ and say I was smoking in the room. When I went to return them and tell the lady my concerns, she didn’t care, and acted like the jets were working yesterday which there was NO WAY because the damn button on it is broken and not even hooked up to anything! I will NEVER come here again! And I do NOT recommend this place at ALL! I could’ve went the best western plus instead and paid less for a room with a jacuzzi that ACTUALLY works!"

"Bad location. Very congested parking lot and it’s hard to get out onto the road with heavy traffic. We reserved and paid for a king size bed room and upon arrival we were told that they gave the room away because we checked in later than 5 and were put into 2 full size bed room. The entire hotel also smelt horribly like sewer. The next morning we decided to go to the hot tub and soak before checking out and there was a literally dirt/slime ring around the hot tub. We decided not to get in after seeing that. It was absolutely disgusting. Not even 10 minutes after checking out, I had realized I had left my Apple Watch behind laying on the ground beside the bed, where it had charged the night before. I called and said I was heading back to get it and they informed me that the room was already cleaned and there was no Apple Watch there. I knew it was there somewhere so I went back regardless of what they said. When I got there I walked back to the room and check that my phone connected to the watch again. Sure enough it was connected so I knew right then they had lied to me. The room door was actually propped open so I entered to check for myself. Found my watch laying right beside the bed like I had told them. Long story short, don’t trust this hotel. It’s dirty, and the service is awful. If I could give 0 stars I would."
