"I purchased a Cobalt from Hagadone last fall, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations, especially when you consider my purchase had to be made remotely since I'm nearly 1300mi away. To be honest, I'm surprised at any negative reviews which are in complete contrast to my overall experience. First, Matt Lamb in sales was excellent, responsive, and most important, trustworthy. Making such a large purchase remotely is not for everyone, but I always felt I was in good hands with Matt. This extends to the experience with the finance department, which was also top notch who helped me on two separate occasions real time while we were at the DMV trying to register the boat. Hagadone was nice enough to offer winterizing and storing the boat over this winter for me, so that was an added benefit that alleviated some of my immediate concerns with transportation. Finally, while the boat was sitting in storage, I asked the service group to provide me with some estimates on upgrades such as the stereo/subwoofer. Mannen in service did an outstanding job, and performed every single task I requested, while communicating and updating me at least weekly. My upgrades were not easy, since the boat had to be removed (by Hagadone) and towed to an outside facility, and then returned to storage. Hagadone coordinated the entire job from start to finish, and then provided me with several videos of the finished product! Outstanding! (Thanks to Shado!). I felt compelled to write this review to provide my experience, which has really been above and beyond any of my previous experiences in working with a dealership of any kind."

"I had the worst experience this last year in the service department. Being a loyal customer and who has purchased several boats through Hagadone marine. A service required light was coming ON. I was told a tuneup was needed on the Malibu engine and was changed over 800 dollars for that service. The boat engine was still not running right. So, I had my personal mechanic look at the engine. From what we can see. They changed out 8 spark plugs and charge me 800 dollars. The service required light is still ON. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER.."
