"Tremendous strength training program. My wife and I have been training twice a week for over 25 years at the Exercise Institute. This "super slow" strength training program is the key to our health and well-being. Two 15 minute sessions a week keeps us fit. We have worked with many of the trainers over the years in addition to owner Mike Teater and are currently working with Nathan and Jake. All the trainers have been fantastic.
