"I never leave reviews but don’t use this company. Avoid at all costs. They never get back to emails or calls, even when you try multiple times and mark messages as urgent, they never return calls. I have a water heater leak on my property they manage and it’s been 10 days and I still can’t get a call back with multiple failed attempts. When I had a renter that was destroying property/neighbors were complaining about they took 4 days to get on the phone with me and just said “sorry”. Didn’t make things right at all. When you need them to help actually manage issues on your property they basically avoid contact all together. Avoid and use a company like vacasa if you can."

"Don’t use them. I had to cancel a reservation and they were able to rebook it within a week and would not provide me a refund, or even credit for my deposit that was thousands of dollars. The owner wouldn’t even call to talk with me and find a compromise. They are out nothing and I’m out thousands. This is the opposite of customer service!"

"We had a great stay this weekend at 702 Lick Creek. Fabulous new property, close to downtown and close to the lake! Beds were super comfortable. The place was well equipped and had everything you will need. We will be back!"

"We stayed at the Suite Cabin at Ponderosa last week- WOW! It was the best rental property we have ever experienced. Our family has been using VRBO for the last decade and this home exceeds them all. The layout is well designed and the decor is simple yet elegant. They had everything we needed and more to make home cooked meals for a family of 8 on multiple nights. This includes a full pantry area, a top of the line gas stove and cooking essentials such as top quality pots, pans, utensils, basic spices, tea and coffee. The fire pit in the backyard is where we spent each night sharing stories of the day with our family. This home is a couple blocks away from the public beach and entrance to Ponderosa State Park. All of the beds are comfortable and plenty of towels are provided. When we arrived home my hubby pointed out that the Kohler faucets and shower heads at Suite Cabin were better quality than the ones we have installed in our own home. (We may need to upgrade.). We enjoyed meeting Vince, the owner, on our first day. He and his crew have built an amazing luxury cabin for our family and others to enjoy!"

"I originally booked a trip and the process went smooth and without issue. Personal reasons caused me to cancel my trip after the cancellation policy date. Luckily, they were able to accommodate my request after the cancellation date. I will use McCall Vacation Properties for my next trip to Idaho and definitely recommend them to everyone."
