"Our cabin we rented was clean, modern, and beautiful for my 40th birthday party celebration. Everything exceeded expectations. One of our party accidentally left something of personal value at the property and the company was very helpful getting it returned personally. "We book the “Keys Loaf n Shed”. And that’s about what it is. A SHED. The place was full of dog hair, spiders, dust and wasps. First opening the door you get slammed with a still odor that’s very recognizable of being vacant for a long time. First night we killed atleast 15 spiders walking on us while on the couch and in bed. Second night woke up to a wasp stinging me in the shoulder. And found another one inside the pillow case. In the middle of winter! My son woke up with a swollen face from a spider bite. We had to leave early due to the place being in safe. Horrible company to list a property with out checking it out first."

"Spam you with multiple emails/calls. They called me multiple times during my work day and then didn’t respond after 6 when I tried to call back. Don’t recommend using them for management or using them as an Airbnb option unless you want to be harassed for not communicating to their 10+ emails.I also called into their office to ask a question and was treated poorly by their catty staff."

It is booking nicely and they are taking such great care of my place. I get immediate responses whenever I have a question or request. Highly recommend Done Right.
