"I don't get all these negative reviews. This place is awesome! I've now lived here for 7 years. In that time I've gotten married, and have a young son, and at no time have we received backlash for having a child, as some of these reviewers would have you believe is commonplace. My advice if you do have a young energetic child is get a first floor unit. Noise problem solved! Also, my experience with management has been nothing but wonderful. Any issues we've had (and I can really only think of 1 or 2 in 7 years) have been solved quickly and effectively. This place has free basic cable, 2 pools, a gym, sauna, spa and a well maintained club house, and you just can't beat the rent! There's a reason this place has a waiting list. Once people move in here, they never want to move out and I don't blame them!"

"There's a lot of negative feedback on this place, but overall it's a decent setup. The grounds are excellent and feel very removed from the city. There are lots of trees and even wildlife in the area. The outdoor common space is really nice. Rent is cheap and management is responsive and reasonable! The apartments are not top of the line, but they're quite functional!"
