"Edit: Our heat was repaired and management compensated us for the delay. We have not had heat or air conditioning for 7 months. Even for healthy people, that creates massive discomfort, but our management knows I have incurable cancer and so this has had a profound affect on me and my family. Besides it being illegal for you to leave us without heat, it’s immoral."
